Mobicosa capsules are made from New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussel, a marine shellfish that is a rich source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids, eicosatetraenoic acid (ETA), glucosamine and chondroitin sulphates, minerals and vitamins.

This array of natural properties may assist in rejuvenation of cartilage and connective tissues, and reduce inflammation. (For example, ETA may inhibit the inflammatory action of arachidonic acid.)  

For some people it is a natural alternative to using Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs).

Taking Mobicosa regularly before the onset of joint discomfort or arthritis is therefore suggested for increasing mobility and preserving joint health.
