Ingredients: Each sachet contains Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716 1.5 billion organisms. Excipients: maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate, sodium chloride, sucrose. Does not require refrigeration (store below 25°C).

Dosage: One sachet daily. Almost tasteless, the powder be mixed into water, milk, a smoothie, soft food such as yoghurt, or sprinkled on cereal. If you are taking antibiotics, it is recommended taking two sachets a day 2-3 hours before or after the antibiotic dose, and continue for 5 days after the antibiotic course is completed.
