The NASA-certified Wheat Grass and Barley Grass are grown outdoors in mineral-rich organic soil. The fresh green shoots are usually harvested 7-10 days after sprouting at their nutritional peak.Freshly harvested grasses are dried at low temperatures to help preserve their potency and freshness. They are milled into an ultra-fine powder to increase bioavailability, dissolving easily in water and smoothies.
