Ingredients

Free from yeast, wheat, gluten, egg, fish, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

Dosage: Children 1 – 17 years: 5ml (1 metric teaspoon) 2 times daily before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before use. Use only as directed.

Warnings: If you are currently pregnant or considering trying to become pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements, including this one, without first consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily dose of vitamin A from all sources is 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men and 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A may lead to birth defects.

This product contains sodium benzoate. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. If symptoms continue you should see your healthcare professional.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is insufficient.  Vitamin supplements complement a well-balanced diet and as such should not replace one.
