Directions:

1. Soak your skin in the bath/shower in warm water (Lumi usually advises 3 minutes)
2. Wet your Lumi Mitt and squeeze out the excess water. You do not need to apply anything to the mitt – no soaps, no scrubs, nothing.
3. Hop out of the shower or bath and start scrubbing all over until your skin no longer feels slippery or oily.
