Each capsule contains: Selenium (as selenomethionine) 150 mcg. 

No added gluten, wheat, yeast, animal products, lactose, milk derivatives, sugar, salt, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. 

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. 

Caution: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
